We cannot accept discontinued products, promotions, or products in outdated packaging. Returned products must be in resaleable clean condition in original packaging without damage, dents, adhesives, scratches, ink, stickers, etc.  Tools (electrical tools, brushes, shears, etc.) and hair extensions are not eligible for return.  Professional service products that are not manufacturer sealed (developers, etc) are not eligible for return.

All electrical tool warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer and it is highly recommended that the warranty card is completed and submitted directly to the manufacturer.

No returns are accepted on purchases older than 60 days.

No cash, credit card, or debit card refunds.  A credit will be applied to the next order after a return is approved and accepted.
